Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is prohibited. Images processed by our users remain their exclusive property. Liability ACENS strives to provide a reliable, high-quality service. However, we disclaim all liability for: - Temporary interruptions of the service for maintenance or technical reasons. - Loss of data resulting from a technical problem or a user action. - The quality of the editing results generated by the AI, which depends on the quality of the source images. - Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Failing that, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the company's registered office (Genève, Suisse).
